Business Policies. Sorry, no refunds on personalized items. Please triple check your order. A personalized item has value only to you. If you discover a mistake after you submit, email us immediately. If your order has not been processed, we will stop your order and reconfirm any changes with you. To avoid delay, please read your email often.
You will always have at least 30 minutes after you submit to stop your order.
Please be absolutely sure that your shipping address is correct. We charge you $10.00 if the attempted delivery is to an incorrect address. This is our cost when the address you provide is not valid.
