Sorry, no refunds on personalized items. Please triple check your order. A personalized item generally has value only to you. If you discover a mistake after you submit, email us immediately. If your order has not been processed, we will stop your order and reconfirm any changes with you. To avoid delay, please read your email often. You will always have at least 30 minutes after you submit to stop your order.

Please be absolutely sure that your shipping address is correct. You will be charged $10 for the attempted delivery to an incorrect address.

We offer three different methods of shipping for our domestic customers; FedEx Ground, FedEx Standard Next Day Air, and FedEx Second Day Air. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of goods and destination.

We ship only within the USA. We do not ship to APO and FPO addresses because we cannot confirm delivery. For orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, select Next Day Air or Second Day Air. Please call or email any questions.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Domestic customers may also print the order form and send us a personal check or money order. Please allow two weeks for check clearance before your order will be shipped.

Availability is the estimated elapsed time required before shipment. It is listed adjacent to each product photo on each individual product page. It is the number of business days required to make and pack your product for shipping. The availability, also know as production time, is not reduced by ordering an expedited shipping option such as FedEx Second Day Air. Current descriptions of shipping options are available on the FedEx web site at www.fedex.com. Requests for expedited availability or other questions may be sent to sales@embroiderymaster.com.
